With a focus on grounding and connecting to the breath, this class will introduce you to the basics of yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment, if you're a beginner. If you are more experienced yogi then this class is good for working through the poses within a slow flow to allow true connection to yourself, your breath and your practice. Whether you're looking to increase flexibility, build strength, or simply relax and de-stress, this class is designed for all levels of experience. Class has no more than 6 people.
